The National Chairman of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hon. Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, has reportedly passed away today Monday 15th June, 2026.
Hon. Mansaray was a seasoned politician and public servant who previously served as Minister of Labour and later as Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources before rising to become the National Chairman of the APC.
Until his passing, he remained the duly elected National Chairman of the party, although the tenure of the current national executive had expired several months ago.
His death marks a significant loss to the APC and Sierra Leone’s political landscape.
