The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement of Computer and Accessories and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:
Laptop Computers, Desktop Computers, HDMI Cables, Projectors, Printers/Photocopiers and Multi –Function Printers
The above procurement will be conducted on a Framework basis as follow;

***Please note that, to enhance competition, Bidders should bid for only One (Lot).
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the financial and technical capability to provide the required items in the right specifications and in a timely manner.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10 am and 4pm, from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents
may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 1,000 (One Thousand Leones)
Prospective bidders are required to make payments for bidding documents in any of the accounts listed below:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th June, 2026 at 12 noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business Registration Certificate
- Bid Security (as indicated on the above table) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid NRA Tax Clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid Freetown City Council Certificate
- NPPA Supplier Registration Certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact; (See attached)
- Evidence of similar contracts
- Signed Bid Form
- Warranty Certificate
- Audited Financial Statements for the past Two (2) Years (2024 & 2025)
Bids will be publicly opened on 19th June, 2026 at 12 noon, in the presence of bidder’s representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
