The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) today announced an increase in fuel pump prices with “temporary subsidy.”
The government’s statement indicates that the full market price per the formula will not be passed on to the customers.
As such, petrol has been increased to NLe35 per litre instead of NLe36.10 and diesel NLe40 per litre instead of NLe44 46 per litre.
The government states that these prices will run from April 2 to April 15, and they will also remain fixed during this period.
