The Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority (SLPHA), in the presence of the media and coordinating security sector agencies, today Friday, 27th March 2026, officially handed over a suspected consignment of tramadol to the Sierra Leone Police (SLP).
The handover took place at the port, underscoring ongoing efforts to strengthen inter-agency collaboration in combating illegal substances and ensuring national security.
SLPHA Director General, Mr. Yakuba Bio reaffirmed his commitment to vigilance and transparency in monitoring cargo passing through the country’s ports.
