The Ministry Communication, Technology, and Innovation,an implementing agency of the Client (hereinafter called \u201cthe Purchaser\u201d), intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Implementation and Support of the Government Wide\u00a0 Area Network (GWAN)\u00a0 and Government Local Area Network (GLAN) across Ministries and Departments (MDAs).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Purchaser now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for the Supply, Installation, Implementation and Support of the GWAN and GLANs for MDA for a contract duration of 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The procurement process will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the World Bank\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/html\/opr\/procure\/guidelin.html\">Procurement<\/a> Regulations for IPF dated September 2025, 7<sup>th<\/sup> Edition (\u201cProcurement Regulations\u201d), and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 70% and for Bid cost: 30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Interested eligible Proposers may obtain further information from the Purchaser at the address below and inspect the request for proposals documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours GMT at the address given below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The request for proposals document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred United States Dollars ($100) or in any freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be direct payment into the following bank account below.
